To delete your Skills Link account, open the app, tap your name at the top, then Delete my account. Or email info@skillslink-nam.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it; we’ll do it within 7 days.

What is removed

• Your personal details (name, email address, phone number and address)
• Your uploaded documents (ID document and police clearance certificate)
• Your listing and your profile, which stop showing on the website and in the app

What is kept

• Past bookings and payments, kept for our records without any personal details. They show as “Deleted user”.
